ubreakifix is hiring a Tech Repair Expert to repair smartphones, tablets, and computers inside a retail store and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle repairs quickly, document parts used, and maintain a clean work area while helping customers with solutions for devices and connected home products.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service and/or repair experience.
• A willingness to learn new technologies.
• Reliable and flexible when dealing with difficult situations.
• Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment.
• Motivated to meet and exceed evolving key performance objectives.
• Experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, computers, and operating systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair a variety of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Provide customers with solutions with our in-store services and Asurion connected home products.
• Repair devices in a quick and efficient manner.
• Keep accurate records of parts and materials during repairs.
• Maintain a tidy and clean work area at all times.
• Perform in your role and achieve your goals by performing timely repairs, providing excellent service, and creating satisfied customers.
