Your Wireless Inc. is seeking an In-Store Tech Solutions Expert in Plainedge, NY. You will greet customers, diagnose and repair devices, and provide clear explanations of technical issues in plain language.

This role combines service with active selling of protection plans and insurance, aiming to meet sales targets while delivering a five-star customer experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, estimating repairs, and maintaining store inventory and appearance.

• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive, fun work environment.
• Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor.
• Ensure that customers have an enjoyable five-star experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
• Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.
• Maintains the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
• Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years experience in a sales environment and the ability to meet sales goals.
• 1-2 years customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Bilingual spoken and written also preferred.
