UBREAKIFIX is seeking an in-store tech solutions expert to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices while helping customers choose the best solutions. You’ll sell the Home+ insurance program and strive to meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms. Flexible hours, weekend availability, and a dynamic store environment are expected.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
• Explain complex technician issues to customers in simple terms.
• Sell Home+ insurance program through Asurion.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
• Ensure repairs meet UBreakiFix quality standards.
• Greet customers and maintain a friendly, five-star service environment.
• Answer calls professionally.
• Track devices and inventory; safeguard stock.
• Use POS to record customer information and repair status.
• Maintain store cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
• Explain complex technician issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner.
• Sell Home+ insurance program through Asurion.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive, fun work environment.
• Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor.
• Ensure that customers have an enjoyable five-star experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
• Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.
• Maintains the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Must Meet Some, Not All)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a sales environment and the ability to meet sales goals.
• 1-2 years customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Bilingual spoken and written also preferred.
