UBREAKIFIX is seeking an In Store Tech Solutions Expert in Fredericksburg, VA to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices while delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, explain issues in simple terms, provide repair estimates and drive sales of protection plans and accessories.

In a team-based, fast-paced store, you will meet sales goals, stay organized with inventory, and maintain a five-star customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
• Explain complex technician issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner.
• Sell Home+ insurance program through Asurion.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive, fun work environment.
• Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor.
• Ensure that customers have an enjoyable five-star experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
• Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.
• Maintains the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
• Other duties as assigned.
