Job summary

Celebration Chevrolet is seeking an Upgrade Specialist to engage service customers, present upgrade options, and schedule in-person evaluations. You’ll work with sales and service teams to move guests into newer models while boosting retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include following up with service customers, presenting equity-based offers, coordinating appointments, and maintaining clear communication via phone, text, and email.

• Maintain consistent communication via phone, text, and email.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and ensure follow-up.
• Coordinate handoffs with service advisors, BDC, and sales managers.
• Stay informed on Chevrolet inventory, rebates, and financing programs.
