Job summary

EchoStar is hiring field technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes. You will educate customers on how to use their tech and provide on-site support to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required for driving to customer sites and offices.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit 335 lbs.
• Customer focus to build trust and create great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle on-the-spot challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and varying weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customer sites.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
