EchoStar is hiring a field Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on how to use the tech and suggest additional services as appropriate.

You'll work independently in customers' homes with a company-provided van, uniforms, and ongoing paid training. Travel and variable shifts may be required, with strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and communication.
• Ability to work independently in customers' homes while staying connected with the team.

Responsabilités

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
