Job summary

ADT is hiring a Residential Installation Technician to evaluate customer needs, design, install, and educate customers on their security system. You will determine optimal equipment with the customer, install and test operations, and ensure proper signal reception to activate service.

You will pursue safe practices, document site conditions, and work closely with customers and teammates to deliver reliable protection and peace of mind across homes and small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs to determine optimal system and equipment.

• Evaluate information with customer to provide best solution for location.
• Identify improvements to enhance system use and performance.
• Uphold safety practices to protect people and property.
• Ensure materials and tools are secured and accounted for at the site.
• Clear debris and leave site in good condition.
• Collaborate with customers and coworkers to solve problems.
• Provide solutions by visiting customers at homes or businesses.
