Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Smart Home Sales Technician to engage customers in homes, retail locations and events, driving personalized smart home and security solutions. You will install, service and troubleshoot equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes a sales-driven mindset, technical aptitude, and the ability to build trust and close deals across in-person settings. Competitive base pay with commissions is offered.

Qualifications

Comfortable learning and using smart home technology.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass background/licensing checks.

Responsibilities

Meet customers in homes, retail locations and events.

Install, service and troubleshoot Vivint smart home equipment.
Educate customers on system operation.
Represent Vivint professionally in field and in communities.
