Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Smart Home Sales Technician to meet customers in homes, at retail locations, and events. You will recommend personalized smart home, security and automation solutions, generate leads, and close sales while installing and servicing Vivint equipment.

You will educate customers on system use and represent Vivint professionally in the field and in communities, delivering a high level of customer service and solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales mindset with ability to close the sale.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and licensing requirements as applicable by law.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in homes, retail locations and events.
• Recommend personalized smart home, security and automation solutions.
