Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is hiring a Smart Home Sales Technician to help customers choose and use intelligent home technology in homes, retail locations and events. You’ll recommend personalized smart home, security and automation solutions and generate leads, follow up with prospects and close sales.

You will install, service and troubleshoot Vivint smart home equipment, educate customers on system use, and represent Vivint professionally in the field, in retail environments, and in the communities we

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales mindset with the ability to build trust, uncover needs and ask for the sale.
Comfort learning and using smart home technology.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Ability to pass post-offer background and licensing requirements as applicable by law.

Responsibilities

Meeting customers in homes, retail locations and events.
Recommending personalized smart home, security and automation solutions.
Generating leads, following up with prospects and closing sales.
Installing, servicing and troubleshooting Vivint smart home equipment.
Educating customers on how to use their system.
