Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Smart Home Expert to engage customers in homes and retail venues, offering personalized smart home and security solutions. You will generate leads, nurture relationships, and close sales while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll install and support Vivint equipment, educate customers on system use, and represent the brand professionally in various settings. A strong sales mindset and tech aptitude are essential.

Formación

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales mindset with the ability to build trust, uncover needs and close the sale.
• Comfort learning and using smart home technology.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background and licensing requirements as applicable by law.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting customers in homes, retail locations and events.
• Recommending personalized smart home, security and automation solutions.
• Generating leads, following up with prospects and closing sales.
• Installing, servicing and troubleshooting Vivint smart home equipment.
• Educating customers on how to use their system.
• Representing Vivint professionally in the field, in retail environments and in the communities we serve.
