Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Field Service Professional to install, service, and support leading smart home technology for customers across the country. You will build trusted relationships with customers while delivering safe, high-quality service and helping create safer, more connected homes.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform installations, and provide solutions that maximize peace of mind. This role offers uncapped earnings potential through commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements under applicable law.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and builds rapport with diverse customers.
• Willingness to learn and use technology.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Install and service smart home security, thermostat and automation systems, including cameras and smart locks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every appointment.
• Conduct onsite evaluations to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Maintain quality, safety and installation standards.
• Manage daily appointments, work orders and equipment.
• Identify service recommendations and referral opportunities when appropriate.
