Vivint is seeking Field Service Professionals to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customers’ homes. You will train on leading products, manage inventory, and drive revenue by upselling additional products and services.

Qualificações

• Sales experience in retail, B2C sales or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation; live within 20 miles of the city.

Responsabilidades

• Earn piece rate pay and unlimited commission.
• Train on industry-leading smart home products.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
• Explain system capabilities and operation to customers.
• Leverage appointments into leads and revenue.
• Perform routine maintenance and inventory of products and equipment.
• Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality.
• Control your own income by upselling additional products/services.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect customers’ peace of mind.
