Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking Field Service Technicians to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgrading solutions during on-site visits to customers' homes nationwide.

You will be the face of Vivint, delivering precise installations, on-site sales consultations, training customers to use their systems confidently, and contributing to a growing national team—with a take-home vehicle, comprehensive training, and uncapped commissions supporting your career growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is preferred.
• Customer-first attitude with strong rapport-building.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Grow within the national organization through coaching and leadership development.
