Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home systems, while proactively identifying upgrades and selling solutions on-site. You will be the face of Vivint, helping customers feel secure and connected as part of a nationwide team.

Role includes training, support from leaders, and career growth opportunities in a dynamic, customer‑facing environment with a performance-driven compensation model.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C sales or service sales is a major plus.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in installation of devices; solar experience helpful but not required.
• Valid driverrs license and clean driving record; post-offer checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on-site.
• Evaluate homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate customers on using their new system for protection of their homes.
• Grow within the national organization through coaching and leadership development.
