Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required with clean record.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders as part of installations.
• Customer-focused approach to build trust and deliver great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges.
• Determination to work in varied weather and tight spaces.
• Adaptability to handle changing tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Instruct customers on using the technology and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay connected with the team while working independently.
