Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, seeks a Field Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customers’ homes across the United States. You’ll earn piece-rate pay with an unlimited commission plan and train on industry-leading products.

Responsibilities include inventory management, explaining system capabilities, and converting appointments into revenue while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass post-offer background check and licensing requirements per law.
• Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Earn piece rate pay and unlimited commission.
