Job summary

Vivint is seeking a Field Service Professional to install, service, and troubleshoot advanced smart home technology in customers' homes. You will train on leading products, manage equipment, and drive sales by offering additional products during visits.

Safety is a core value and the role is piece-rate based with earnings ranging per install. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required; local travel within a 20-mile radius is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
• Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality.
• Explain system capabilities and provide operational instructions to customers.
