Job summary

Vivint Field Service Professional in Fontana, CA is responsible for installing and servicing cutting-edge smart home tech while identifying opportunities to upgrade services. You will engage customers on-site, explain product benefits, and ensure a high level of protection and satisfaction.

This is a full-time field position with a take-home vehicle and a pay mix that includes base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background screening and licensing requirements.
• Technical aptitude in home security or installation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras and smart home devices.
• Evaluate homes to recommend equipment upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on system use to maximize protection.
• Receive coaching and develop within the national organization.
