Job summary

NRG, including its Vivint Smart Home division, is seeking a Field Service Professional to install and service smart home technology at customer homes in Saint Charles, IL. You will balance hands-on technical work with consultative sales to upgrade systems and protect customers’ homes.

The role offers paid training, a company vehicle and gas card, a 4/10 schedule that includes Saturdays, and incentives such as commissions and annual trips.

Qualifications

• Sales-minded candidates with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to pass background checks and licensing requirements.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to lift up to 45 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install and service smart home equipment on-site.
• Explain products and upgrades to customers at the home.
