NRG Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional in Saint Charles, IL to install and service smart home technology and proactively identify upgraded solutions for customers. You will be the face of Vivint, blending technical work with sales opportunities and ensuring total peace of mind for clients.

The role includes a take-home company vehicle, ongoing training, and a 4/10 schedule with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or B2C sales is a plus.
• Strong customer rapport and integrity.
• Technical aptitude for home security and automation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and security systems on-site.
• Evaluate homes to recommend equipment upgrades and service enhancements.
• Educate customers on system usage for security and convenience.
• Pursue growth through coaching and leadership opportunities within the national team.
