NRG Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional in Gurnee, IL to install, service, and upsell smart home technologies. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering on-site solutions and educating customers for ongoing security and convenience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in home services such as cabling, installation, or smart home devices is helpful but not required.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record; ability to pass post-offer background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on-site.
