Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, seeks a Field Service Professional in Milton, WI to install and service smart home tech and proactively upsell upgrades on-site.

As the Vivint face, you’ll deliver technical excellence, consultative sales and homeowner education while enjoying a company vehicle, uncapped commissions, paid training, a 4/10 schedule, 10 holidays, 2 weeks PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service-based sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices (security cameras, locks, automation).
• Evaluate homes and upsell upgrades on-site through consultative sales.
• Educate customers on system use and benefits to ensure satisfaction.
