Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is actively seeking Field Service Technicians to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgrades for customers. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering peace of mind and safety on every visit.

Qualifications

• Sales mindset and the ability to upsell services.
• Customer-first attitude with strong communication.
• Technical aptitude in home tech installation and troubleshooting is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and licensing requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and security tech on-site.
• Perform consultative sales by evaluating customers' homes and recommending upgrades.
• Educate customers on system use to maximize safety and value.
• Pursue growth opportunities through coaching and leadership development.
