Job summary

Vivint, a leading smart home company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home technology while identifying upgrade opportunities on-site.

You will install cameras, smart locks, and home automation, evaluate homes for enhancements, and train customers on system use.

This role offers a base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, a company vehicle, and a 4/10 schedule, with opportunities for growth within the national organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in retail or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to pass post-offer background screening and licensing requirements.
• Willingness to work a 4/10 schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Install and service smart home technology on customer sites.
• Perform consultative sales to upgrade equipment and services.
• Educate customers on system use to ensure peace of mind.
• Work with leadership to grow within the national organization.
