EchoStar is recruiting a field technician to visit customers’ homes, install DISH equipment and smart home products, and teach customers how to operate their systems. You will work independently, maintaining a professional demeanor while staying connected with the team for support.

The role emphasizes travel to various locations, flexibility in shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays), and ongoing training with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; you will drive a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Must demonstrate determination to work in tight spaces and all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
