Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and upsell optional services while keeping a clean, professional work area and staying connected with the team.

The role requires driving a company vehicle, travel flexibility, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed, with comprehensive benefits and a performance-based pay progression.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
