EchoStar technicians visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, teaching customers how to use the tech and suggesting additional services when helpful.

They maintain a neat work area and stay professional while working independently, yet remain connected with the team to ensure a consistent customer experience. The role requires flexibility, safety, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to drive a company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Schedule flexibility; may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a weight limit.
• Customer-focused; builds trust and delivers a great home visit experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for on-site challenges.
• Demonstrates determination to work in varying spaces and weather.
• Adaptable to changes and unexpected tasks while in the field.
