EchoStar is seeking a field technician to visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, delivering a great in-home experience.

You will teach customers how to use their tech, maintain a professional appearance, and work independently while staying connected with the team.

This role includes driving a company vehicle, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and eligibility for benefits and pay progression.

Formación

• Valid Driver’s License required to operate a company vehicle and travel to customer sites
• Schedule flexibility with potential evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit
• Customer focus and problem-solving skills for in-home installations and service

Responsabilidades

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
