Job summary

Vivint Smart Home in Ardmore, OK is seeking a Field Service Professional to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology while proactively identifying and selling upgraded solutions. You will be the face of Vivint, providing total peace of mind to customers and contributing to a smarter, safer home experience.

The role offers a base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, extensive training, a company-provided take-home vehicle, and a 4/10 workweek with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• A sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales.
• Customer-first attitude, able to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude; experience in cable or satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar industries is helpful but not required.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record; pass background screening and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to help protect their families.
