Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers in their homes. You will be trained to lead a world-class customer experience, educating customers and connecting more Americans with every home you visit.

You’ll install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, teach customers to use their tech, and maintain a professional appearance while working with limited supervision and in coordination with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limit.
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and deliver great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability to field challenges.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell services where helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
