Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. You will visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment, and introduce them to smart home tech.

You’ll learn to educate customers, maintain a professional demeanor, and work independently while staying connected with the team. The role includes a company van, tools, uniforms, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel and flexible shifts.
• Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and communicate with the team.
