EchoStar is hiring skilled Technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on new tech and promote additional services while maintaining a neat, professional work area. Travel and flexible shifts are required, with focus on delivering an exceptional home experience.

The role emphasizes safety, high customer satisfaction, and ongoing training to stay current with smart home technologies and company standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
