EchoStar is hiring a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers, promote related services, and maintain a professional, safe work environment while working both independently and with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to drive company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a weight limit.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to solve problems on the spot.
• Able to adapt to changes and tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and stay connected with the team while working independently.
