Job summary

EchoStar in the United States is seeking a Satellite/Smart Home Technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment, and educate customers on using new technologies. You’ll work independently while staying connected with the team to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay connected with the team while working independently.
