Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a skilled Technician to visit customers’ homes, install DISH equipment and smart home products, and troubleshoot issues with care. You will educate customers on using their technology and suggest additional services, while working independently yet staying connected with the team to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
