Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a field technician to visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate users on operation. You will travel to customer sites, maintain professionalism, and support a team-driven environment while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The role includes driving to locations, handling equipment, and leveraging the company vehicle, van, tools, and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license to drive company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes, troubleshoot and install DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on use of tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain professional conduct and work both independently and with the team.
