Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes, providing an excellent customer experience. You will travel to client sites, educate users on new tech, and promote additional services while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
