Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field Technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment, and introduce smart home products. You’ll teach customers how to use the technology and offer additional services when appropriate.

You will maintain a neat work area, demonstrate a professional attitude, and work independently while staying connected with the team for support. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to drive company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts that may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy items and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
