Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on new technology, upsell services, and maintain a professional, safe work environment while traveling to homes across the area.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License; Clean driving record.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limit requirements.
• Customer-focused service and ability to solve problems on the spot.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work independently with team support.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use tech and upsell services when helpful.
• Maintain clean work area and professional attitude while working remotely but connected with the team.
