Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology at customers' homes. You will identify upgrade opportunities and sell solutions on-site, delivering trusted, proactive home protection and automation.

You will receive comprehensive training and have access to a take-home vehicle, a structured 4/10 schedule, and ongoing coaching to advance within our national organization.

Qualifications

• Sales-minded approach with ability to upsell or recommend upgrades.
• Strong customer rapport and integrity in interactions.
• Technical aptitude in home automation, security cameras, locks, or related tech.
• Must meet driver license requirements and pass background checks as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and security systems on-site.
• Evaluate homes to identify equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate customers on using their new system for protection and peace of mind.
• Pursue coaching and leadership training to advance within the national organization.
