Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home technology while identifying upgrade opportunities with customers on-site.

You will be the face of Vivint, delivering technical excellence, consultative sales, and customer education to create safer and more connected homes. The role offers a four-day work week, company vehicle, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill; experience in retail or service sales is a plus.
• Customer-first approach and integrity when engaging with diverse customers.
• Technical exposure in home installation, cable/satellite, construction, or related fields is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on-site.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend equipment upgrades and service enhancements.
• Educate homeowners on system use to maximize protection and value.
• Engage in coaching and leadership development within the national organization.
