Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. You will teach users how to operate their tech and present additional services when appropriate.

Maintain a clean work area, stay professional, and work independently while remaining connected with the team. This role requires travel to customer sites and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required; driving company vehicle to customer sites is essential.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a weight limit of 335 lb.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
