Job summary

Vivint is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our nationally recognized team. You will install cutting-edge smart home technology, evaluate customer homes to recommend upgrades, and train homeowners to use their systems.

We offer a base hourly pay range of $25.35–$27.60 with uncapped commission and incentives, a take-home company vehicle, and a 4/10 schedule with Saturdays, plus paid licensing and ongoing coaching to grow with the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude with experience in cable/satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar industries is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Consultative sales: evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell upgrades on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use the system to protect their families.
• Grow within the national organization through coaching and leadership development.
