Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is hiring a Smart Home Sales Technician to meet customers in homes, retail locations, and events. You will recommend personalized smart home, security and automation solutions while building trust and closing sales.

You will install, service and troubleshoot Vivint equipment, educate customers on usage, and represent Vivint professionally in the field. A valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a customer‑focused mindset are required;

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented with ability to close deals.
• Comfort learning and using smart home technology.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in homes, retail locations and events.
