Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home technology in customers' homes across the United States. You will be the face of Vivint, blending technical skill with consultative sales for safety and peace of mind.

The role covers installing cameras, locks, and automation, evaluating homes for upgrades, and training homeowners in system use. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
