Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is actively seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology and upsell upgraded solutions at customer homes in Fredericksburg, VA. You will be the face of Vivint, combining technical expertise with consultative sales to deliver peace of mind.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Benefit from coaching and leadership training to move up within the national organization.
