Job summary

HomePro is seeking a detail-oriented Diagram Admin to support residential technology installation and project teams. You will create, update, and maintain diagrams, equipment documentation, and project records for home security, automation, networking, and audio/video systems.

The role requires coordinating information across sales, design, installation, service, and operations teams with strong admin and technical documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; drafting or design education is a plus.
• Experience in admin, documentation, drafting, or project coordination.
• Ability to read floor plans, wiring diagrams, and project notes.
• Strong attention to detail and professional documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital file management.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain system diagrams and project docs.
• Review project data to ensure diagrams reflect customer requirements.
• Prepare wiring diagrams, rack elevations, floor plans, and layouts.
• Incorporate field changes into final documentation.
• Maintain accurate project files and revision histories.
• Coordinate with sales, design, installation, and service teams.
• Verify equipment models and locations before release.
• Support installers with diagrams and as-built documentation.
• Assist with customer-facing docs and handoff materials.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.
