Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Relevant certifications in security systems, networking, or AV technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure security, AV, and networking systems based on customer requirements.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and perform repairs where necessary to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Keep detailed logs of work performed and inventory used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
